As Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Rich built on the skills and experience he gained at Microsoft to create a modern consulting company that delivers exceptional value to its clients. He has contributed impactful work to various projects for Lionbridge, State Street, Staples, BP, Fidelity, eBay, Unitil, and Akamai. As a SQL Server Certified Master, Rich serves as the lead on our some of our most complex client engagements. He is a published author, frequent public speaker, and former Adjunct Professor at Drexel University.

RICHARD CRANE

Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Shri Bhupathi is Founder and Technical Fellow at MILL5. His experience includes serving as a Solutions Architect and Algo/Quant Specialist for companies in several verticals including Capital Markets such as Bank of New York Mellon, State Street, Wellington Management, and John Hancock. Passionate about education and innovation, Shri has been selected as a featured speaker for several industry events and conferences.

SHRI BHUPATHI

Founder & Technical Fellow

Juliana Chavarro joined MILL5 in 2023 as our Office Administrative Assistant. She plays an integral role in streamlining office procedures and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Juliana joins MILL5 from Harvard University, and prior, Motion Recruitment, where she held roles assisting with the administrative and recruiting efforts of each organization. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science and Administration degree from Suffolk University.

Office Administrative Assistant

Berto De Benedictis, MS, serves as a Business Development Lead at MILL5, bringing a wealth of experience spanning technology consulting and software development. With a professional tenure of nearly two decades, Berto has excelled in strategic business development, specializing in delivering digital transformation solutions and software services across multiple industries. Prior to joining MILL5, Berto held pivotal roles at SAP Signavio, Cognizant, and Capgemini.

Business Development Lead

Sorey is a developer with 20 years of experience in Microsoft technologies. She was recognized as a Microsoft Valuable Professional between 2013 to 2022. Created in 2009, Sorey has led the Avanet Foundation, a community that supports local developers. Sorey currently oversees a large group of our developers, in addition to co-managing the Colombia office.

SOREY GARCIA

Principal Architect/Partner

Geraldine joined the MILL5 team in 2019, quickly advancing into her current role as Chief Operating Officer of Latin America. She has an associate degree in 3D Animation from SENA and is currently enrolled in a financial diplomat program at Universidad de Los Andes. Geraldine brings forth multiple years of experience as a front-end developer on .NET technologies.

Diana serves as our Vice President of Marketing. With several years of marketing and business development experience, Diana leads the development and execution of MILL5’s marketing, brand awareness, and business generating efforts.
